Well, I just moved out of my house, I'm going through a divorce (was my decision - long story).

So, other than being kinda broke having to pay for 2 places, I'm doin great, heh.

Being single again is very weird.

Well the market is shit right now so it makes no sense to sell it, we'd take a huge loss. Everyone around us is doing quicksells etc. I did do a re-finance though so I'll save about $500 a month on mortgage.

My wife never had a career and when she gets a job its just gonna be hourly so I gotta pay rent + mortgage. She's staying in the house, but we'll maintain co-ownership.

Quite honestly I couldnt wait to get out of there, the only things I miss are the kids and the pets!

Sounds exactly the same as me Agax, except I just have one house and she lives with her mom and just got a job making $8.00/hr.
