Guild Leaders
- To lead is defined as: “to influence or induce; cause; guide in direction, course, action, opinion.”
o There will be 2 Guild Leaders at all times.
The Guild Leaders are appointed/maintained by guild members on a recurring 3 month confidence vote. If guild members feel a Guild Leader has/hasn’t done their job well, they can vote accordingly.
Each Guild Leader is tasked with a responsibility within the guild to ensure that every member performs at a level that is necessary to defeat the toughest encounters SOE has to offer.
o The Guild Leaders will work closely with one another to ensure that proper guild policies are developed and implemented to ensure to best quality of raiding.
o The Raid Leader is endowed with the tasks of maintaining the guild bank and running raids. During raids the Raid Leader has ultimate authority over what zone the guild will do and how we will approach each encounter, this will ensure that the guild is organized and efficient.
o The Guild Leaders still have "the last word" on all decisions.
Officers:
o There will be four officers with the responsibility of evaluating recruits and giving honest feedback of their performance to the Guild Leaders; furthermore, their responsibilities extend to working with the Raid Leader in developing the best strategies for defeating encounters.
o The officers are responsible for ensuring that: the MoTD is updated and has accurate data, the guild website and DKP site reflect the current standing of each member of the guild, and ensuring that all members follow the rules of the guild.

o Once your application has been reviewed and discussed by leadership, a decision will be made whether or not to extend an invite to raid with the guild. If you are on another server you will be asked to transfer.
o Transferring servers is the sole responsibility of the applicant and must be done quickly.
o Once tagged, recruitment will last for a minimum of 15 raids; however, recruitment periods may be extended for any reason at the discretion of guild leadership.
o Leaders and officers will vote after your 5th raid to further your recruitment, where a 50% approval must be achieved.
o There will be a final vote, starting after your 10th raid, lasting 5 days. This is a vote among all full members and 80% approval must be achieved to become a member.
o During the recruitment period, the recruit is expected to maintain a minimum of 80% (100% preferred) raid attendance, however, higher attendance is greatly recommended for better approval.
o Recruits begin earning DKP on their fourth day of raiding.
o Quest updates of the recruit are the sole responsibility of the recruit, updates will not be given to a recruit unless they are on a raid where a member needs the update(s) as well. This can be waived by leadership through officer vote in certain situations as seen fit by leadership.
o Recruit(s) will be asked to sit for a member regardless of what time the member logs in. (Class priority is at the discretion of the Raid Leader).
Revelations and Raiding:
We are a high end raiding guild that prioritizes contested encounters. To maintain a competitive edge we must have a highly efficient raid force that knows their role during every raid and maintains high attendance.
Raiding Schedule:
o Monday through Thursday from 8:30PM EST until 12:00AM EST.
o You must be fully repaired, have all necessary items, and be at the raid site at 8:30PM EST, or you may be considered late to the raid. Though the end time for raids is 12:00AM EST, the guild may conclude the night of raiding earlier or later then this designated time.
o If you are not at the raid by the designated start time you will not receive DKP for the first raid call.
DKP
o 2 DKP points are awarded every 30 minutes of raiding. (1 DKP point per 30 minutes of raiding for applicants)
o For Contested, DKP and Attendance are weighted double the normal amount per call. I.E. Two attendance calls are taken at start and every 30m untill the raid ends.
o Server first on difficult content may be awarded 10 or 15 points.
o The DKP cap in Revelations is 2000 DKP.
Attendance Bonus Points
o At the end of each month bonus points will be awarded for people according to their 30 day attendance. To qualify for the monthly bonus(es) you must have been a full member as of the 1st of the month.
o 91%-100% 200 DKP
o 81%-90% 150 DKP
o 71%-80% 100 DKP
o 65%-70% 50 DKP
Recruitment Bonus Points
o Members sponsoring a recruit that makes member themselves will receive 100 bonus DKP.
o Only one sponsor per recruit.
o Two recruit per member per month limit.
o The recruit must specify their sponsor on their application in the space provided.
o Applies to looting members only.
Raid attendance
o Raid attendance is calculated after each raid through the DKP site.
o There are two different ways to gain attendance.
- 1. Contested - There will be two attendance calls made at the rally time and we will take two attendance calls each half hour.
6pm est to 6am est are attendance.
6am est to 6pm est are non-attendance.
Contested will count as attendance from 6pm est Friday thru 6am est Sunday, to cover the weekends.
- 2. Raid nights: One attendance call will be made at the start of raids and every half hour throughout the night.
-3. Attendance % is calculated as: Attendance calls made / Total calls possible = Attendance %
There were 100 total attendance calls and you made 90 of them. Your attendance is 90 / 100 = 90%.
o "Looting Member" is any member with over 65% attendance in the last 30 days.
o "Inactive" status is anyone who is below 65% raid attendance within the last 30 days. Members who fall into this category may be moved to Friends and Family and their class will be put on the recruitment page.
o Raiding Alts & Raiding Friends and Family are members who help out if we need them for raids and can purchase loot for 100p (200p on boss encounters/avatars) flat rate buyout over other alts & Friends and Family; or they can bid versus regular alts and Friends and Family with a minimum bid of 50p.
o Not posting on forums if you can't make a raid will result in a fifty DKP (- 50 DKP) deduction to your total.
Ninja Logging:
o Ninja logging is defined as /quitting or leaving for any unknown reason.
o If you are found to be ninja logging we will either give a warning, dock your DKP or guild remove you if it becomes an issue.
o We understand there are circumstances where people will have to log and take care of Real Life emergencies and or get booted by weather conditions outside the member’s control. All we ask is that you inform guild leadership either by a phone call, message on the forums the next day, or an e-mail
Bidding for Loot
o We use an open bidding system. Once a chest has been opened, the item will be linked in our DKP channel in-game and announced over ventrilo what is up for bid.
-The minimum bid on all items is 25 DKP. If multiple people bid the same amount and no one bids higher, the first person who bid that amount will win the item.
-If someone wins an item and realizes that it is not an item they will use over someone else who was bidding and petitions said item to another member, BOTH members will have their DKP docked according to the bids they made on the item.
-If someone bids DKP for an item and equips it on any toon that is not their main, they will be penalized by the following:
- First offense: 100 DKP dock
- Second offense: 100 DKP dock and looting rights revoked on any loot (for their main or otherwise) for one week.
- Third offense: Guild removed
o Friends and family and alts must be parked at or very close to the zone in to be eligible for looting rights.
o Because applicants do not receive DKP until after their fourth raid, applicants will be required to bid in plat (with a minimum of 50p/item, 100p/item boss loot) until they accrue a minimum of 25 DKP. If an applicant earns DKP and spends so they are below the 25 DKP minimum, they will go back to bidding plat until they make member or accumulate more than 25 DKP.
o Items that come off of a "boss encounter", a contested mob, or whatever is the furthest encounter we can clear, can be bid upon at a 100p minimum (no DKP can be used unless you are a member). [Boss encounters are clarified on the DKP forum]
Alt Policy
o Members are allowed to bid on alt loot at a minimum of 50p per non-boss item, 100p per boss item. You are not limited on how many alts you can bid for, but this is a member-only perk (no alts for applicants).
Masters
o Masters are free to members, applicants and any raiding FNF/alts that are PRESENT on a raid. Masters that are not needed by any members or applicants (and with no raiding FNF/alts present) will be placed on an officer's broker for purchase. Plat proceeds will go toward the plat split or maintenance of guild hall, purchasing of potions, etc.
Main Tank/Off Tank
o The Main Tank and Off Tank of a guild is key to its success in raiding.
o Certain items when they are Mitigation upgrade for the tank will be prioritized to the MT or OT. In this case the MT or OT pays DKP minimum + 10 additional DKP. This is to ensure that we have the best equipped MT & OT possible. This is at the discretion of the officers.
o The Main Tank will be able to read Officer forums and chat, and provide input. However they won't be given the same authority to make decisions.
Master Donation Policy
- Master donations are a 15 DKP bonus to whomever donates a NEEDED T9 master to: looting members OR non-looting members. (Note: Applicants who donate masters will receive DKP but will be unable to spend the DKP until they have a minimum of 25 DKP). You can donate to an applicant as well, however they will not receive the master, and you will not receive the DKP, until they make member.
- You MUST hand the master to an officer, or put the master in GB4 and post on the forums, to qualify for DKP.
